Pros
Goodpatch has a lot of great people that truly care for each other. You can define your role, join circles and then work on these topics. While many designers are at the same level of seniority, you still learn a lot by working together and the very hands-on attitude. I have always been very curious and tried a lot of things, and ended up learning really a lot. From UX to strategy and how to build digital products from the ground up.
Cons
While they say that you work only 4 days a week on client work and have 1 day for your own projects, this is not always true. Quite often this day is taken up by design reviews or other internal meetings.
