      I was wondering why they had a big turnover rate and there always hiring if it pays so much I found out quickly theyll terminate you before you get outta training 4 days refining doing 5 tasks the trainer will get who he wants in there TIM arrogant guy doesn't wanna see anyone make good money try rmpc or furnace don't go to refining

      Pros

      Salary 20-30k higher than local manufacturing companies. Benefits are close to 98% covered by the company. New Occupational Health Physicians on site to track and monitor exposures and fitness for duty which shows they care about the health and safety of their employees. Tuition Reimbursement Company prefers to promote from within

      Cons

      Required to wear a respirator (Not easy in the Florida Heat) and required to participate in monthly blood draws (Not easy if you are not a fan of needles)
