      Pros

      Open to learn for multiple tech-stack is been encouraged and can get into implementation based on your learning technologies.

      Cons

      Management is not good. Work Life Balance is poor. Lead and higher management is not supportive with other employees and didn't even consult with them before taking any decisions. Management is least bothered about employees.
