Great company took care of people

No real cons to speak of

Coworkers were all dedicated to the mission and most performed well. That isn’t attributable to the company but rather a testament to the caliber of people I worked with directly on my project.

It’s been almost a year since I left this company and I sought therapy while I was still there and it continued for many months after I left, and it was due to both the customer and the leadership chain in this TIS sector. I’m not going to go into the issues with the customer but GovCIO did not manage them well or at all really. As for the TIS leadership, they are snakes. They lie. They gaslight. The openly mock people and are incredibly mean, all the while fake smiling and lying to their direct reports. If offered $500K per year I would never work for this company so long as the women leading TIS remain.
