Very friendly office Lots of BBQ's and parties Got a huge amount of work experience and all the engineers were extremely helpful

Lack of communication between departments Most of the employees were a lot older than me

Nice people at the bottom end of the food chain.

Family owned, poorly run business. Laid-off 50% of the employees in less than a two year period. The Company has no core competency, extremely poor quality (in and out) and management covers their own mistakes by blaming the labor. At this point I believe the President is purposely running the company into bankruptcy to cash out and move on to something else. A ticking time-bomb waiting to go off. No job security what-so-ever. Week to week financial micro-management means that any position could disappear at any time. Horrible atmosphere and constant over-riding doom in the air. Running a successful company does not even rate on their "Top-Ten" priority list.
