If you have to keep your employees secure and happy, you got to work on them instead of running away. 5 reasons to not join this company. 1) No proper leave policy followed 2) No leave encashment policy for employees who are leaving. 3) No training and development sessions for new joiners and employees. 4) Less workforce to manage online work. 5) Last but not the least, they can throw you out at any point of time depending on their discrepancies with clients.
