While we wait to hear from you, I must share that if you regularize your attendance on the ESS properly, there’s no way any HR can deduct a single penny from your salary. Additionally, we consciously focus on creating a healthy environment for our teams at all times. I’d be surprised if you raised concerns about your AD/GD and nothing was done for months.
