As someone who’s been here a while at GrabOn, I can say they truly support your growth. Great pay, fair raises, unlimited WFH (you earn it with your seniority in the company) and the 4-year Health Hackathon + YLP (Young Leadership Program) have helped me and many colleagues. They’re pushing everyone to be AI-ready and reward innovation big time. Feels like a long-term partnership.
Cons
There is a 10AM login time cutoff. While its the standard practice everywhere, with the growing Hyderabad traffic, I wish the login time is extended little.
