      Small/medium buildings with around 100 units. Residents are all wonderful and easy to work for.

      Cons

      Mis-management, poor communication and disorganized on every level. Low pay rate.

      Pros

      Super happy with this company. They actually listen to their employees and believe in work/life balance. I have been with GMI for 2 years! I am blessed to work for such awesome people
