Pros

Gracent has been one of the best companies I have worked for in my career. The dedication they have for not only the clients they serve but the employees that work for them is unmatched. Communication throughout the company is fantastic and employees are always encouraged to reach out with needs. Gracent values work life balance, and their employees.

Cons

Gracent is on the new end of being a management organization. Therefore, there can be challenges with creating processes and procedures throughout the organization. Small hurdles in bringing processes "in house."

Pros

Gracent has been a great company to work for so far. There are opportunities for skillset growth within my department. My manager and the leadership team are open and listen to feedback and take action when appropriate. The workload can be a lot at times but there is flexibility in my schedule.

Cons

Would love to see the company offer some paid parental leave and tuition assistance.
