Founder is ambitious but incapable of achieving his vision. Need to give all benefits to all eligible engineers. Do not escape, falter from giving statutory benefits.
Cons
Very unethical work practices, unfair employee practices. No good salaries, no projects, no work, no engagement, no appreciation, no rewards, no incentives. Do not join this bad unethical unfair company. God knows how few people are working there.
