Management is very friendly and responds fast

Company going downhill. They cancelled many courses because not many students enrolled. They only paid 45 minutes per hour of work because they said students should get a 15 minute break per hour. GradReady provided very little training, and had high expectations. Training unpaid, payslips only arrive monthly, work seasonal and your future depends solely on students' feedback

The hours were flexible with study

Payed at an hourly rate but had to record own work done at increments of as low as 5 minutes This was never mentioned until on boarding which is shady mispractice
