Pros

No pros honestly, though, good job taking your time to write fake reviews on Glassdoor.

Cons

Not worth it. The hard work you put in is barely recognized. Co-workers and clients are cool and all, but management here consists of just awful, abusive people. They do not treat others with respect and maybe the most money-hungry, ruthless businessmen out of the worst. Highest turnover rate. Leave before you get really comfortable and become one of them.

Pros

Great location, very flexible and remote-friendly environment, an amazing team with a positive energy, and exciting projects with well-known luxury brands.

Cons

Office is located on the second floor, and it would be even better with a view over NYC.

Pros

The greatest asset of this company is the staff. The Creative and Production teams are composed of dedicated professionals who are truly responsible for the company’s foundational success. There is a strong sense of mutual support at the execution level.

Cons

The management style is unsustainable and could be described as toxic. Leaderships often focuses on optics for company partners at the expense of internal team health. Specifically, there is a lack of trust regarding workload management, rather than addressing systemic bottlenecks or unrealistic timelines, management often defaults to granular oversight of hours, yet simultaneously scrutinizes the team for the amount of time recorded. This creates a high-pressure culture that leads to burnout and diminishes morale.
