Good food and self cooking option. pet friendly

Cons

Worst management, unplanned strategies . No skill development. Very difficult to move internally. Lot of politics. 5-6% hike for average performance. Bad interview process. They might reject for your bad vocabulary also. They only hire foreign returns. 1 month interview process. 10 days trial period means we have to work free for 10 days. after trial period they will take another 15 days to respond

- Proactive mentoring - A workplace that feels like home - Scope for leadership - A non linear transparent organization - A company with purpose - moving towards promoting ethical consumerism - FOUR DOGS - In house kitchen where someone cooks for the team every day- home cooked meals for the win ❤️ - Weekends off - Consciously trying to break the stereotyped agency work culture and promotes work-life balance
