job stress and make it hard to be, construction is hard sometimes

It's good to work at a company that cares about its employees. Salary, vacation, health insurance etc. are all top notch and if you need help, either professional or personal, you just need to ask. Plenty of training opportunities are offered along with the support needed to get the job done.

Not really a Con for me personally, but this is construction, so there is a limited amount "work from home" that can really be done unless your job is mostly "in the office". Need to "be" at work.
