Relatively new assigned trucks. Same start time. Currently have Saturdays and weekends off.
Cons
GTC is the most inefficient, non-communicative, unorganized, poorly run organization I have ever worked for. It is a "what have you done for me lately" type of workplace. Working hard for years doesn't mean anything. The loads are often poorly loaded. The deliveries are often embarrassing due to customers questions about the poor and damaged loads or messed up or missing orders. Management is ineffective. The general manager in Traverse City micro manages the plant in Grand Rapids causing difficulties. Pay is below industry standards. Drivers supervisor has no experience driving or maintaining trucks. The dispatcher has many things on his plate so is unable to focus on dispatching, which causes problems.
