Pros

Small organisation with less politics and inexperienced middle and senior management so if you have skills than you have good chance of growing here

Cons

- the owners are frauds - One man show and will threaten to freeze the salaries of employees if you wish to move out of the company and find another job - Zero training - Unprofessionalism - Senior Management of the company have a habit of creating troubles for their managerial / mid managerial level employees who try to grow in their career by finding job somewhere else - I worked with this org for almost a year regret why I didnt do my research on Glassdoor before joining this company. The relieving policy was changed overnight so that they can freeze my salary. These guys do not have funds to pay Full and Final. In fact Salaries are also delayed. They will hire people with high salaries but when you try to leave the company they will play dirty tricks with you so that they dont have to pay salaries to you. They have zero standards and will go down any level for saving a penny by doing any kind of fraud. I am one of the people who joined this company when it was very starting and my Full & Final is still pending even after a year. The most unprofessional LALA company who just know how to suck blood by making sure their employees work for 12- 16 hours every day.
