Hostile work environment doesn’t even begin to explain the culture they are creating in this location. There is no support for the hard workers that are getting everything out the door on a daily basis but loads of support for those who sit in their office and watch everything crumble expecting a different outcome with no assistance. People will turn on you in a second if there is a chance for a promotion. It’s a dog eat dog life you live working here.
