lack of training/ Unrealistic Mgt expectations due to Unqualified-knowledgeable Mgr / Supervisors. Cutthroat mentality regarding fair compensation to vendors. OT without compensation is required to maintain workloads, but not approved by Mgt. Understaffed with constant turnover due to excessive workloads and aggressive, unethical Mgt. Extremely dissatisfied vendors due to fees far below industry standards. Low departmental morale.
