Pros
You're given the ability to shape your role and path within the organization. The freedom and independence is perfect for someone who's a self-starter and easily motivated to succeed. If you put in the work, time, and demonstrate leadership qualities, you can grow and upper management will notice you.
Cons
As with many start-ups, there's a constant change and you have to be able to adapt quickly to new ideas and ways of thinking. My advice is to approach this with positively and embrace the changes, don't fight it.
