Gives you 5 task per day. Each task consists 2 to 15 design, depends on the client wants. All should be completed within the day. 4. Overtime for an hour is not paid. 5. Assigned task that is not yours, only to be added to your pile of workloads. 6. Adds you in a team but is individual work/project. 7. Designers are like slaves!! Every task has unli-revisions until client says so.
