Pros

Graphika is an amazing place to work at: fast paced, extremely innovative, full of wonderful, interesting, kind people who will go the extra mile for you. You will work on cutting edge technology and build products that support some of the most prestigious institutions in the world. Finally, and critically, Graphika has stayed true to its core mission since its foundation. It is a company that genuinely does good things and helps make the world a better place.

Cons

Graphika is fast-paced and relatively small, so there is not as much deep structure as would be present in larger companies. This place is best for people who are comfortable with rapid progress and growth over structure.

Pros

The team here is incredibly hard-working and sharp. It is motivating to be around such smart colleagues. The product is also undergoing an exciting evolution, and the roadmap for what’s ahead looks very promising.

Cons

Like many companies of this size, there is a need for more structured processes to ensure all teams are fully aligned. It’s a common scaling challenge, but definitely fixable with the right focus.

Pros

Graphika is a smaller company, which honestly makes a huge difference. You’re not just another name on a massive org chart - people know you, your ideas are heard, and you can genuinely influence things. There’s a lot of opportunity to take ownership and lead initiatives if you raise your hand. Leadership is also very accessible and transparent. It doesn’t feel like senior management is working behind the scenes with no visibility - you can see what they’re focused on, and they’re open to feedback and new ideas. It’s a culture where speaking up is encouraged, and that’s not something every company actually lives by. There are real paths to grow into leadership roles if that’s something you’re working toward.

Cons

We’re fully remote, which has its perks, but it does mean we don’t get a ton of in-person time together. Sometimes I wish there were more opportunities to connect face-to-face or have team offsites, just to build those relationships beyond Zoom.
