Pros

Healthy work-life balance, unlimited PTO, robust healthcare coverage, and friendly leadership. You get to work with really dedicated and authentic people who care about what they do. Colleagues are great people and willing to help at the drop of a hat. It's a great business that's bringing a very valuable service to today's world, and the team is hyper-focused on total customer success.

Cons

Incredibly fast-paced and priorities can become mixed up. The pressure is palpable and there are very high expectations. Tons of material to learn in a short amount of time. Good for those who enjoy building from the ground up and work well under pressure.

Pros

The culture is what really sets Graphite apart. Leadership is approachable, my team is supportive, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed coming to work every day. As a Customer Success Specialist, I’ve been trusted with meaningful work, encouraged to learn, and given the opportunity to make an impact. The company is growing, which means there’s always something new to tackle and plenty of opportunities to develop professionally if you’re willing to jump in.

Cons

Like any growing company, there have been periods of change and turnover, particularly in some departments. That can create challenges and require everyone to stay flexible. If you’re looking for a place where every process is already perfectly defined, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, adapting, and helping build something better, you’ll likely thrive here.

Pros

You can have a real impact here if you’re willing to take ownership. The pace is fast, the work matters, and there are a lot of smart people trying to build something strong. I’ve worked with people here who genuinely care about the company, the clients, and doing things the right way.

Cons

There is a lot happening at once, and the pace can feel intense at times. Priorities can move quickly, and growing into the next stage naturally comes with some pressure- it's a good spot if you're ready for that! For people who like ownership, urgency, and building while the company grows, the pace can be energizing.
