Pros

Supportive management that values growth and feedback, a strong focus on continuous learning and career development, and a collaborative team that works well together. Leadership genuinely cares about employees and their well-being.

Cons

Some projects require extra hours, but in my opinion the hybrid schedule makes it balanced.

Pros

Great place for an early career engineer/intern. I've learned, built, and owned full production systems. Most projects start with a high-level problem and desired outcome, and I’ve had the creative freedom to design the solution and choose the tools I think fit best. Open door culture makes it easy to talk with management. Leadership is receptive to new ideas. As an intern, I've been treated like a full team member in terms of responsibilities, expectations, and even tasks like interviewing job candidates. Bonus: Weekly catered lunches and the occasional after-work happy hour

Cons

Large portion of engineering team work remote (and in varying time zones), and it's sometimes very difficult to communicate with them as a result. I've experienced multi-day response times on occasion. Like in many start-ups, priorities, approaches, and technologies change fast. This leads to messy/inconsistent codebases, and building projects on top of older systems can be difficult at times. However, an effort is being made to improve this.

Pros

Opportunity to work with the latest technologies (AI, TypeScript, Salesforce LWC, AWS) Open and transparent culture with minimal bureaucracy Easy access to leadership and all team members Strong emphasis on mentorship and personal growth Chance to recruit and build high-performing engineering and product teams Mission-driven work that directly impacts patient access to affordable medications Overall, a fast-paced, innovative environment with room for learning and development Competitive compensation and benefits

Cons

As with many fast-growing startups, workloads can be intense at times. Some systems and workflows are continuously evolving, which requires adaptability. The focus on rapid innovation means priorities can shift quickly.
