- As an engineer, I get the chance to lead projects that I'm interested in - It's an early-stage start-up, so there are lots of chances to take ownership and shape the direction of the product. - The culture is great, there are no expectations to work until you burn out and all of the people are lovely. - The company is big on design thinking and using customer feedback to drive product decisions.
