Get to work on some of the most creative marketing campaigns for big brands including targeted, unique sampling AND events with celebrity talent. Every single day, and every single project is new, unique and a chance to think creatively. No 2 days are ever the same. Leadership is clearly committed to growing and protecting the culture as they grow rapidly. The investment is clear, and it's real.
Cons
If you need predictable tasks that rely on the same skills and work that you are comfortable and used to doing, this probably isn't the place for you. They are growing quickly so some of the needed systems are being developed as they grow (people operations and the necessary bureaucratic stuff) - but those are known and being addressed.
