Pros

Prevailing wage jobs, Nice tools, Nice provided uniforms, quality co-workers, a good stepping stone.

Cons

management has more to be desired, audio recording on cameras in the shop which is illegal in this state, didn't receive proper training before being put to work at heights, very high schoolish mentality, all bark, and no bite, thinking the company is something so great, poor moral standards

Pros

I’ve been with this company for 6 years, and it truly feels like a family just as much as it does a workplace. The people here genuinely care about each other, from leadership down to the field teams. I’ve had the opportunity to work all over the country, climbing and working at serious heights, and that kind of work demands absolute trust in the systems, training, and procedures. If Gravitec’s name isn’t on the system or the paperwork, I honestly wouldn’t feel comfortable. Gravitec is leading the industry when it comes to safety, best practices, and rescue. The standards are high, the training is thorough, and the expectation is always to do things the right way, not the easy way.

Cons

There are cons in every workplace, but some cons are there can be quite a bit of travel, but Gravitec takes great care of us when we are on the road. Also sometimes you might be working out in the elements like rain, wind and snow. But dont worry, Gravitec supplies you with the gear you need for any environment.

Pros

Gravitec isn’t for everyone, and that’s exactly why it works. The expectations are high because the stakes are high; we design, supply, install, and train people in life-saving systems. “Good enough” isn’t good enough when the people you’re protecting are hundreds of feet in the air. Yes, there’s travel. When we tell clients we work worldwide, we mean it, and that means someone has to actually get on the plane. The work can be demanding, but it’s meaningful. The people who thrive here are the ones who take pride in doing things right, not fast. Leadership is hands-on and accessible. If you bring ideas, you’ll be heard. If you work hard, you’ll grow. Gravitec has a solid reputation because it’s built by people who care deeply about what they do. If you want an easy job, look elsewhere. If you want a career where your work genuinely matters, this is the place.

Cons

The work is fast-paced and travel can be heavy at times; this isn’t a place to coast.
