Pros

The only pro is probably the location, which they have fortunately acquired in the corporate park across the Highway.

Cons

The timelines are abrupt, the work is monotonous. Weekend overtimes (minus the overtime payment) is expected, there is no work life balance. They try to encourage work beyond work hours and the bosses and leads are biased about the type of work and profiles allotted. As is the case everywhere, the politics is as ugly as it can be, despite the firm being a SME. All this & they indemnify for a 2 year bond knowing that the monotony and zero growth pattern is all they can provide to hold the employees at ransom for two years.

Pros

Working on Talkk.ai gives immense exposure to real AI product development from new feature R&D to POCs for presales. The pace of learning is extremely high. Seniors are helpful, approachable, and visionary. You genuinely feel supported. CXOs are the most grounded and friendly I’ve experienced. They guide you, support you, and interact like colleagues, not hierarchies. The company is extremely responsive to employee feedback. We get hot breakfast every morning and recently added snacks with tea in the afternoon based on our requests. Events may not be frequent, but whatever happens is high-quality and memorable. This year’s Diwali celebration was exceptionally well organised a full day of bonding, activities, food, and celebration. The culture encourages passion-driven work. You naturally feel connected to what you’re building. Communication expectations outside work hours are rare and only during go-lives or critical demos. Personally, I don’t find it wrong it’s like when a friend calls you because you know something and can solve it in a minute rather than them struggling unnecessarily....

Cons

Not many monthly outings, but whatever happens is meaningful and well-planned.
