      Pros

      I really like the people here, everyone is friendly and it is a very diverse group. The job itself is also interesting because I have much more flexibility as a designer than I did in my old job so that's nice too.

      Cons

      It is definitely not the easiest job in the world in terms of expectations and goals, but I personally like that because I would much rather have interesting and challenging tasks than I would be bored at a corporate job.

      Pros

      I absolutely love the growth that Great Agent has given me. I've moved from an entry level position of sales assistant to a senior cons. role. Even in the entry position I had many opportunities. I work now as a consultant directly with clients and the continue to help provide growth.

      Cons

      It gets really stressful at times, especially in the fall, spring and early summer.
