Pros
I have worked for Great Agent twice now and both times it was a huge success! I originally left because another company offered me 30% more pay but it turned out that other company wasn't as they claimed. I found Great Agent because I was looking for an innovative place to work . They didn't have the position I was looking for but instead of just saying "no" they went ahead and made a position for me! We just had another company outing this weekend and it was SO FUN! When Jasper came to set it up we didn't know what to expect, but it was truly amazing. GREAT TEAM CULTURE!
Cons
It is definitely not a place to "look busy". The management team is very result-focused, so if you don't show up to work or if you don't work while you are at work, it's not a place you will stay for long.
