The culture here is motivating without being harsh, with the team and managers genuinely encouraging to improve and learn. My employment here has been very rewarding so far, as I have gained valuable insight into how a leader thinks, and no knowledge has ever been withheld from me. This openness has helped me develop skills I might not have acquired in a more rigid or hierarchical environment.
