      Pros

      The job itself is great. Very laid back, slow paced, customers are usually very friendly.

      Cons

      The owner/corporate was non-existent. They would let properties fall apart, not pay the vendors for maintenance services. Wouldn't pay electric bills until the electric company came to shut off the power. Wouldn't pay state taxes (we got shut down for a few days and couldn't do business due to massive back taxes owed). Glad they went bankrupt and sold.

      eh it was ok, there was meetings quite often where the manager would take us to lunch or dinner

      Cons

      dead end, poor pay, lacked benefits, no career advancement, bad properties
