      They do provide a car, phone and Credit card.

      Cons

      Salary changed after starting. Had to track down the owner to correct. If you like being micromanaged than this is your place. The environment is not conducive to team work. The owner makes promises and then doesn’t deliver. The owner pits everyone against each other and the tension is horrible.
