Pros

Rumination is considered acceptable among local tech firm.

Cons

1. Lack of organisation. Events like Fire Drill, Covid Responses, Orientation, Benefit Claiming, test kit distribution are all in mess. 2. Poor Management Much said, little done from the Management. Giving fake promises to all the engineers. One quote you will often hear is: GOT A BIG PROJECT COMING!!! 3. Office Politic Tasks assigned to engineers are overlapping or overpowered. Which causes huge politics issued between the colleges. 4. Unmatched Job Scope Engineers were hired to do documentation and administration tasks. Ready to get your hand into various kinds of tasks? Join THEM! 5. Lack of expertise. Engineers here did not even entitle a professional education background. All they had is experience. Why need those complicated formulas? Just installs whatever components that won't fail on you. 6. Shortsighted management, poor basic amenities Management only cared about company stock price and company value. They value the journalist more than their own employees. Taking up a bunch of reserved parking for all the journalists coming to the company while there is a shortage of parking. Employees are forced to park at paid parking. The list goes on...... Good luck to whoever planning to explore the company

Pros

1. Good learning opportunities across different functions and business areas. 2. Competitive bonus and benefits when business performance is strong. 3. Friendly colleagues and supportive working relationships within the team.

Cons

1. Heavy Workload, especially during peak periods or when manpower is limited. 2. Unclear Career progression and promotion criteria and may not always reflect expanded responsibilities or actual contributions. 3. Job scope or organisational changes may happen with limited prior alignment, creating uncertainty and additional pressure. 4. Management decisions may change frequently, which can lead to rework and inefficiency. 5. Some processes are still manual, and systems/tools are not improved fast enough to support current business needs. 6. Micromanagement in certain areas can reduce efficiency, ownership and employee morale.
