Most of the employees are fun to hang out with, easy to get along with, and willing to go above and beyond to help each other out. Safety is overly emphasized, while competitor labs in the state don’t even have working safety showers in areas where employees are handling Nitric Acid. Leadership encourages growth for the hard workers, and those people usually move up quickly. The skills you learn help set you up for career growth opportunities in and out of the company. Management is willing to go out of their way to help their employees out. Also, the cleaning lady might be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.

Lack of movement for adult use in Pennsylvania results in unpredictable sample counts and work loads. Short term employees tend to feel entitled and will stir drama. The pay starts out low comparatively to other jobs in the area, but it’s easy to move up as long as you do your job. The lab could use some renovations. The building is owned by Triple Crowne, and they are less than willing to fix building issues, and will steal the picnic tables from the common area and will sometimes turn off the rooftop units.
