      - Company is cutting back on vacation time and managers are reluctant to approve vacation because of how busy it is - Pay is severely under market - Efficient employees are overloaded with work to pick up the slack with no opportunity for growth or advancement - Ineffective middle managers do not stand up for employees - Unrealistic deadlines - Managers lack expertise

      Colleagues are hard working and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Home office is top heavy with salaries 200k+, millions for in-house lawyers, while they offered teachers a 1% raise. We have been working without a contract as of May 8, 2026 and endured a lot of malicious and deceptive practices by some admin and the Green Dot Board and the executives. 276 days (including August 6, 2025)
