      Pros

      - it’s a small company so you’re concerns will be heard and addressed -The owner, Matt, listens to his employees and tries his best to help them -is a fast growing company that seems destined to do well

      Cons

      -very stressful scheduling! However, that’s just the pest control business so as far as I can tell Green Magic is the best place to work as a pest control tech, but it can still be difficult at times especially since it is a small company that networks throughout the valley meaning some days you are all over the valley spraying house with very little time to drive to each house -can be lonely- you will be talking to people all day but since you drive around all day there is very little chance to make friends, you will talk to Matt through text quite often but as far as face to face interaction with fellow employees there hardly is any- which can be seen as either a pro or con

      The owner Matt cares about his employees and his customers, Scott the general manager is a great guy who also cares, this is the best company I have ever worked for!

      Pros

      Green Magic was the best pest control job I've worked. I had worked for a few other pest control companies prior to starting at Green Magic, and Green Magic was by far the best. Management is very honest, and understanding. They not only take into consideration every customer need, but the employees needs as-well. What blew me away most was the importance of attention to detail. Every customer gets top notch service no matter what. No cutting corners to bring down costs or save time. And a great work environment. The job isn't easy or very fun, but having a great team and leaders made all the difference for me!

      I wouldn't say there was any cons for me.
