      The site is a bit informal, and there are a lot of interns that did not pull their weight. You need to find the hard working ones and stick with them.

      1. Got the chance to talk to CXO level people and learned a lot from them. 2. Everyone is extremely friendly and are willing to help. 3. Very down-to-the earth.

      Cons

      Too many interns, and all learning experience needs to be "earned" but not granted.
