      Pros

      It's a nice small company to work with. People are very nice and are willing to help you.

      Cons

      Interns are not well guided and sometimes we have to figure out what to do (which is not necessarily a bad thing). However, a bit more instructions will just make things more efficient.

      Small business allows you to go in many paths and decide what to focus on based on your interests.

      Cons

      People who like rigid schedules may not be best suited for this role.

      1. Got the chance to talk to CXO level people and learned a lot from them. 2. Everyone is extremely friendly and are willing to help. 3. Very down-to-the earth.

      Cons

      Too many interns, and all learning experience needs to be "earned" but not granted.
