Environmental Consultant - Consultant Greencap Employee Review

Salary is a key issue with Greencap, as staff are paid less than the industry dictates. Greencap's focus on being 'Best in Class' seems to ignore the staff they already have by not rewarding the hard working and skilled staff they already have. Lots of quality technical staff were let go seemingly because they were expensive, leaving a gap between management and the consultants. And the incentive scheme is a shamble.
