Pros
Greenix pays very well, especially for a college internship. The management is also very passionate about what they do and you can tell they enjoy training the new recruits.
Cons
Pay is commission so you only get paid well if you perform well. (if you pay attention to training, they set you up to do well) For the internship, unlike other internships, they expect you to be with them the entire summer, even recommend rescheduling final exams to get out there earlier. Very little free time in between school and work.
