There are lots of kind, talented people at Greenlight, and they make cool technology. It's a good place for engineering graduates to learn a lot quickly.

Salaries are not competitive, and some positions are high-stress. Training is often poor. Management is all over the place. There is a lack of joined-up thinking across departments, and often unrealistic project schedules are set without regard for project complexity. Quality issues are repeated from product to product for months or years after being reported.
