Pros

Can't think of any anymore unfortunately.

Cons

The company allowed remote work since the pandemic and for years after talked about the benefits of that way of working. Unfortunately now, with no consultation, they are forcing us back to the office, despite numerous employee survey results praising the benefits of remote working for lots of reasons including improved work-life balance. After being taken over by a private-equity firm and making half the workforce redundant, management now want to "rebuild culture", so are forcing us to attend an office, which is mostly empty now that the majority of our teams are located in India. Forcing people to sit in the same room doesn't magically create culture - certainly not now after destroying any ounce of job security and trust that we had in the company. It's amazing that in 2025, as a 'tech' company, we haven't embraced remote working and used technology to make a success of it.

Pros

Gresham Technologies provides a friendly and flexible work environment that supports a good work-life balance. Management is approachable, and colleagues are knowledgeable and helpful. The company is constantly improving, and there’s a genuine effort to maintain a positive culture where employees feel valued.

Cons

The onboarding and training processes could be more structured and streamlined, making it challenging for new employees to settle in effectively. Additionally, communication between departments could be improved for better alignment on priorities and expectations.

Pros

Interesting work, good colleagues at the team level.

Cons

Can’t deliver on what they sell to clients or employees. Over promise to clients, and “merit” increases are insulting relative to performance. Promotion criteria are unclear. Significant disconnect between stated values and how employees are actually treated.
