Pros

Gretrix has a culture of inclusion, accepting everyone, no matter what their experience level is. They train and grow you into whatever positions you desire and help feel fulfilled and happy. They have an incredible flexibility and you can work on your own schedule. Gretrix team inherently wants you to heal and grow as a person, not just as an employee, so you can embrace your true self. You are in charge of your own growth

Cons

You are in charge of your own growth, so you have to push yourself in challenging ways to succeed, and that's not always the easiest thing to do. Due to them allowing emotions and feelings in the workplace, sometimes people can get upset and cause challenges to the business. Pay is not very high due to all the training they have to provide, can easily make more money elsewhere, but most stay due to the understanding and flexible culture. Hours may not always be the most consistent as they are still small.

Probably one of the BEST reviews I have seen of our company, and incredibly accurate! We ENCOURAGE emotional transparency, we strengthen and empower every voice, regardless of experience, and we teach and coach emotional intelligence in everything in our business! We are always seeking to improve and grow as a company! Thank you again, and would highly regard this as the best review for future candidates to read, as it offers insights to the TRUE pros and cons.

Pros

You gain experience in a lot of new areas. The team is always willing to help and there is a good culture of teamwork, collaboration, and growth. No experience is needed and you get a chance to learn a lot. You have an opportunity to increase your hourly pay very quickly. Remote work offers flexibility as long as you can make meetings you are scheduled for and work a minimum of 20hrs per week.

Cons

It is up to you to make the most out of the opportunity. You are responsible for finding or volunteering for work to do so it is not easy to just sit back and collect a paycheck. There is healthy competition for hours among the team
