      Pros

      Free Parking if you get there early enough, they have this 'laneway' holds about 6 free car spots (first in best dressed) otherwise free parking around the streets too.

      Cons

      Member Services (inbound/outbound calls) and Reception endures high turnover. People just seem to come and go all the time- It was hard to watch, morale was constantly low there and nothing got fixed.

      Penalty Rates, good management and a learning experience

      Cons

      Required to be available 364 days per year - Christmas Day is the only guaranteed day off. Be prepared to drive 15+ hours per week (included in the 38 hour work week)
