Pros

Unlimited vacation days and free coffee

Cons

The company pretends to be a fun tech company but it’s not what it appears after working there for a while. Lots of internal management issues. Work/life balance is not great. The turnover rate is high. If you are a female, the vice president of the company is a creep. Do yourself a favor and don't work here, you will just end up leaving after a year or so.

Greystone Technology Response

We have listened to your comments here and we take them to heart. We made some hard decisions last year which meant saying goodbye to some members of our team. We’re thankful to still have far less turnover than the industry average, but we are still committed to becoming a better workplace. Our work this past year has made Greystone a stronger company and a better place to work in the long term. We’re not interested in pretending to be anything we are not. We enjoy having fun together but we are focused on having a culture that is deeper than just fun. We are consistently learning better ways to do that. Understanding your experience is valuable. It’s extremely important to us to have a safe workplace for women and we are intent on understanding and addressing any action that makes anyone feel otherwise. Your tenure at Greystone brought a lot of positives and it certainly seemed you enjoyed more than just free coffee and days off. We did some great things together and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
