Pros

-Very flexible PTO policy -Work from home most of the time

Cons

-People have become KPI's, nothing more. They push KPI's over everything. To make things even worse as soon as you hit those KPI's they just want more. -Pay is not competitive -When complaints are brought up to management they indicate that we should just find a new job if we have complaints -Management has lied to me on several occasions about promotion potential -Senior leadership is completely disconnected from the real world.
