      - Very flexible in terms of remote work and unlimited PTO - Generally pretty relaxed in my experience - Great opportunity to be exposed to many different technologies

      Cons

      - Consistently pays below market - Not many opportunities for growth beyond a certain point - There seems to have been a shift in priorities in the last year or so. Profits are emphasized at the expense of employees at times.
