Pros
They are always hiring. They give a chance for the new graduate. They will be nice to you for the first 3 to 6 months.
Cons
In my days working there, more than half the staff quit and was replaced. We would work long shifts even on the weekends without overtime payment. All the bonuses we were promised were just to sign the contract.
