Pros

Gridlogics has no best reason to work there if you're being precise.

Cons

There are a number of cons: 1. Despite claiming female empowerment, they hold an appraisal of a female employee and initiate an appraisal of a male employee at the same time. 2. Employees are not allowed to take medical leave during the notice period. In addition, if one takes medical leave during the notice period, one's salary is cut. 3. The opportunity to learn does not exist. 4. Compared to the market, the salary is lower. 5. A lack of appreciation 6. lack of acknowledgement 7. The politics involved in assigning tasks to team members. 8. Never take feedback from an ex-employee.

Cons

They have 2 years of bond (and probation for 6 months) for each employee. This clearly means you can not get out of this prison for 2 and a half year, no matter how hard you want to leave this company. If you break the bond and abscond the company then they will not provide you 'Experience letter' This company is being run and controlled by a single family(3-4 people), thats why my title says 'this is not even company'. You will feel like you are working at their home for those 3-4 people. They treat every employee like labor. You won't feel like IT professional, as these 3-4 people can scream on you,shout on you like hell. They don't have manners to talk to employee. Worse thing is you can not take any action against them as they are owner of the company, you can't escalte this. They don't know how IT companies work culture is. No good policies. Lot of work pressure, The CTO himself takes care of putting work pressure on you. Senior criticize you for your each and every mistake, no matter how small your mistake is. This makes you less confident about yourself. There is no thing like appreciation. appraisals are unnecessarly delayed by 4-5 months. You will loose all your self confidence here. This company will destroy your life. HR doesn't have any privilege. She is controlled by senior. Employees which have been working here for last 10-12 years are only working here because they have lost the confidence of getting job at another company, thats why they are continuing to work here.
